Hi! I'm going on exchange to Vilnius and subleasing my SiO apartment at Kringsjå Studentby.

Location: Olav M. Troviks vei 60, 1st floor, Kringsjå, Oslo.

Dates: August (flexible start) – January 2027 (flexible end), ~5–6 months ****

Rent: 4,960 NOK/month (all included) or around 475 Euros

Room:11 m² furnished single room, sharing bathroom & kitchen with 1 roommate (very nice one!!!)

Who: Single person only (No couples). Must be a student at a SiO-affiliated institution & pay the semester fee to SiO to be eligible. (Owner rules)

Deposit: 5,000 NOK (1 month rent) – used as last month's rent if no damages/events occur.

Furniture: All necessary included (list available on request)

References: Preferred if available
