The apartment is located in Seyrantepe, Kağıthane, a calm, chill, and safe neighborhood in Istanbul. It’s a relaxed area with nothing to worry about. The M2 metro line is only 2 minutes walking, which makes transportation very easy to many central areas of the city.

The house has three rooms, a kitchen, and a big saloon. The apartment is furnished, spacious, and kept clean and organized, especially the shared areas.

I’m a student and also an international student. I’m respectful, easy to live with, and I value cleanliness and a peaceful home. I prefer a comfortable living environment where everyone respects each other’s space and communicates normally.
